Little Clean Club Liability Waiver and Release of Claims

1. Acknowledgment of Services

I understand that Little Clean Club provides professional cleaning services for car seats, boosters, and strollers. I acknowledge that all cleaning, disassembly, and reassembly is performed in accordance with each manufacturer’s published cleaning and care guidelines, to the best of the Company’s ability.

2. No Guarantee of Safety or Performance

I understand and acknowledge that Little Clean Club does not manufacture car seats or strollers and therefore cannot guarantee the safety, performance, or effectiveness of any car seat or stroller after cleaning. I accept full responsibility for ensuring that my car seat or stroller is safe, appropriate for use, and compliant with manufacturer and safety standards.

3. Installation Disclaimer

I understand that Little Clean Club does NOT install car seats into vehicles. I acknowledge that:

• Proper installation of a car seat is the sole responsibility of the parent or caregiver.
• Little Clean Club is not responsible or liable for improper installation, misuse, or incorrect reinstallation of a car seat after it has been returned.
• I am encouraged to consult a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST) if I have any concerns about installation.

4. Limitation of Liability

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of my car seat(s) and/or stroller(s) after cleaning. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Little Clean Club, its owners, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, demands, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to:

• The cleaning, handling, or reassembly of the car seat or stroller
• The use or installation of the car seat or stroller after service
• Any manufacturer defects, recalls, or prior damage not disclosed to Little Clean Club

5. Pre-Existing Condition

I understand that Little Clean Club is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or defects
• Items that have been previously involved in a motor vehicle accident
• Manufacturer recalls or expired car seats

6. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Little Clean Club from any claims or legal actions brought by myself or any third party related to the use or misuse of my car seat or stroller following cleaning.

7. Consent

I confirm that I am the legal owner or authorized user of the item(s) being cleaned and that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this waiver.
