Four steps, about two minutes of your time, and you get your car seat back the next morning.

   Tell us what needs cleaning

   Pick your car seats, strollers, bassinets, wagons or high chairs and see the price straight away. No quotes to chase.

2. 2

   Choose a day and a window

   Morning, afternoon or evening, Tuesday through Saturday. We confirm the exact time with you before we come.

3. 3

   Leave it by the door

   We collect it from your doorstep. You don't need to be home, and you don't need to take anything apart.

4. 4

   It's back the next morning

   Deep-cleaned and sanitised, following the manufacturer's own care guidelines, and returned by 9:30am.

What the clean actually involves

Every seat is taken apart as far as the manufacturer allows. Covers and padding are washed according to the care label on your specific model, the harness and buckles are cleaned by hand, and the shell is wiped down and sanitised. Crumbs, sand and whatever ended up in the crevices are vacuumed out before any of that starts.

We follow each manufacturer's published care guidelines rather than a single method for everything — harness straps in particular are never machine washed or submerged, because that can affect how the webbing performs.

Do I need to be home?

No. Leave the gear by your front door, in the garage, or wherever you tell us, and we'll collect it. The same goes for the return — most of our customers are asleep when their car seat comes back.

How long am I without it?

Overnight. We collect during your chosen window and have everything back to you by 9:30am the following morning. If you need a car seat during that time, tell us when you book and we'll work around it.

What if my gear is damaged already?

Tell us when you book — there's a question for exactly this. We'd rather know about a cracked shell or a torn strap up front than discover it halfway through, and it doesn't stop us cleaning the item.
